FROM THE CUSTOMER’S FIRST REQUEST TO YOUR FINAL RECORD

A clear next step for everyone.

  1. Get found. Agree on the visit.

Customers search nearby businesses, share their vehicle and service needs, and request an appointment. Your shop reviews the request, confirms a time and starts the job from the confirmed visit.

  2. Show what your team finds.

Assigned technicians record inspection findings, photos and videos. Your shop reviews what to share with the customer before it becomes customer-visible.

  3. Email an estimate that explains the work.

Itemize parts, labor and tax, add your shop message and share the relevant findings. Email the estimate when your team has reviewed it.

  4. Let customers decide and sign from home.

Customers open the private link in a browser or the Android app, review the proposed work, approve or decline repairs and provide a fresh signature. Requested photo ID follows your shop’s approval policy. Earlier signed decisions stay in the record.

  5. Keep the conversation with the job.

Customers can ask questions and your team can reply in the job conversation before, during and after the repair. Messages and shared information stay connected to the estimate and invoice.

  6. Follow approved work through final review.

Assign repairs, track technician time and follow progress. Technicians mark approved repairs finished and submit the job for the shop’s final review.

  7. Send the pickup update when you are ready.

After the shop marks the vehicle ready for pickup, select Notify customer, review the update and confirm the send. Delivery depends on contact details, notification settings and configured services.

  8. Collect payment. Keep the receipt.

Customers can pay online through your shop’s connected Square account, or your team can record payment collected in person. Payment records stay with the invoice. Eligible fully paid invoices queue a paid receipt with an invoice PDF when customer email preferences and delivery setup allow.
