Tell the shop what is happening
Send your VIN or year/make/model, mileage, symptoms and photos so your chosen business has useful information before the visit.
Agree on a time that works
Request an appointment, review the shop’s proposed time or suggest another time for the shop to approve. Follow the status from your account.
Make informed repair decisions
See itemized parts, labor and tax. Approve or decline each repair and sign your response. If the shop adds work later, earlier decisions stay saved and you review the added repair.
